Conditions/Rules for application forms.

1. You must tick box to say that you agree with the terms and conditions You must read all the conditions and accept what is incorporated herein.
2. No applications can or will be accepted unless you have ticked the box that you agree to conditions.
3. All applications fees can be paid be either cheque or postal order made out to (Helen Gilhooly).
4. Send cheques/postal orders to "Win my dream home, PO Box 92, Antrim, BT41 2AP"
5. DO NOT SEND CASH.
6. On receipt of all application fees you will get an email to confirm payment received and application form/story.

8. All stories/reasons must be kept to a maximum of 500words or less.
9. You must be eighteen years of age or over.
10. All applications fees must be paid before any stories can or will be accepted.
11. No identities can be included in your story/reason or they will not be accepted.
12. Every single story/reason will be read by myself and a final ten will then be chosen by me and placed onto the website to go to public vote.
13. All votes will be through email to the website and the story/reason with the most votes will be the one to win my dream home.
14. If I do not receive enough stories/reasons then all application fees will be returned and there will be no vote or no winner.
15. No stories or reasons can be returned.
16. When enough reasons/stories have been received the date for the vote will be placed on the website and you will be provided with 14days notice. Then I will no longer accept any more reasons/stories or application fees.
17. There can only be one story chosen one winner to win my dream home.
18. The winner wins the house mortgage free.
19. The winner only wins the house not the contents (furniture etc).
20. The house will be legally signed over to the winners name.
21. Person having house deeds in their name becomes responsible for all household bills rates etc.
22. The winners name and their winning reason will be published onto the website.
23. You may apply as many times as you wish but for every application there is a two pound fee (sterling or equal to irrespective of currancy rates).
24. No pictures can be submitted.
25. NO ONE CAN VIEW THE HOUSE PRIVATELY.
